The MFI 4.0 equips patent law firms with the training, tools, and strategies to grow and succeed. The free, fully virtual program combines self-paced learning with live evening classes designed to fit around work schedules. It concludes with live client pitch sessions before a panel of in-house IP attorneys from leading corporations and the opportunity to network. Through MFI 4.0, Harrity continues its commitment to creating opportunities and helping individuals build successful careers in the patent field.

Courses taught Tuesday evenings to accommodate work schedules
No cost to participating firms
Participants work through MFI 4.0 lessons in hiring, operations, marketing, branding, and business development with the Harrity Team. The phase combines live group sessions with self-paced study.
Participants refine their firm pitches with the Harrity Team, using strategies learned in Phase 1. They then pitch their patent law firms to a panel of corporate partners. The program ends with a group discussion and an introduction to the MFI network.
