In the 2026 rankings, Patent Bots reported that Harrity & Harrity achieved a Patent Quality Score of 98.3 across 1,520 issued patents. We are honored by this recognition, particularly because it reflects consistent performance at scale.

This year’s report also highlights a broader trend across the industry. Patent Bots reviewed more than 327,000 issued patents and found that overall error rates continued to decline.
