Caleb Wilkes is an intellectual property attorney experienced in preparing and prosecuting patent applications for clients in technical areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, computer hardware, cloud networking, drones, virtual reality, warehouse robotics, and others.
Prior to joining Harrity & Harrity, Caleb was an in-house intellectual property attorney for IBM and before that worked as a patent attorney for Collard & Roe, P.C. in New York. His experience here included patent preparation and prosecution, as well as patent infringement counseling and investigations.
Caleb has worked as a patent attorney since graduating from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2008. Before law school, Caleb received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering at Brigham Young University in Provo, UT.
Caleb currently resides in Hudson Valley, New York with his wife and children. Caleb enjoys sports, fixing his house and lawn, and coached his daughter’s rec league soccer team. Caleb used AI this summer to generate quizzes for his daughter to test her reading comprehension of her summer library books.
