Joy Waters is a New Apps Specialist on our New Apps Team, bringing five years of experience supporting the patent prosecution lifecycle.
Prior to joining Harrity, Joy developed experience in U.S. patent prosecution, with a focus on USPTO filings, docket management, and providing comprehensive support to patent attorneys. With a strong attention to detail and a commitment to organization, Joy helps ensure patent portfolios are managed efficiently while delivering the high level of service clients expect.
Outside of work, Joy is an avid WNBA fan, enjoys traveling, and is a proud dog mom to Jayce. She is also an active foster parent, a role that reflects her passion for giving back and making a positive impact. Joy values maintaining a healthy balance between a rewarding career in intellectual property and a fulfilling personal life.
