BIOGRAPHY

Nelson Nolte has more than twenty years of experience as a patent attorney, including patent preparation, prosecution, opinion matters, trademark preparation and prosecution, and copyright protection.  Nelson has drafted and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications in the electrical, software and mechanical arts.  He also has experience handling patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation in the federal courts, appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and actions before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
