He specializes in patent preparation and prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office for matter relating to in complex technologies, including 5G networks, telecommunications infrastructure, machine learning, semiconductors, and real-time data systems. Prior to joining Harrity & Harrity, Randy served as an associate for an IP Specialty firm in Washington D.C and an Am Law 100 firm in Midtown Atlanta, both at which he primarily focused on electrical, electronic, mechanical, software, and telecommunications patent matters.
