Rebecca Bachner is a patent attorney specializing in patent preparation and prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She utilizes her extensive intellectual property experience to strategically advise her clients in building high-quality patent portfolios. Rebecca has extensive experience in conducting all phases of prosecution for U.S. and foreign patent applications related to wireless communication devices, mobile devices, computer software, Internet and e-commerce, telecommunications, networking devices, electronic consumer products, business methods, financial systems and medical devices.
Prior to joining Harrity & Harrity, Rebecca worked for a decade in private practice representing clients in a variety of activities, including patent preparation and prosecution, patent invalidity and non-infringement opinions, Intellectual property transactional due diligence and patent licensing. Before starting her legal career, Rebecca was a patent examiner for the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where she examined patent applications in the area of business methods.
