Jacqueline Tapia Duenas is a Patent Prosecution Specialist at Harrity & Harrity, bringing nearly a decade of professional experience in the legal field.
Jacqueline began her legal career in 2017 as a Docketing Clerk at Portfolio Recovery Associates, where she gained foundational experience managing civil collection cases. She then went on to serve as a Discovery Paralegal at Antonyan Miranda LLP, where she further developed her legal skills in a family law setting.
In 2019, Jacqueline joined Qualcomm Incorporated as a Legal Support Specialist on the patent prosecution team. Through dedication and hard work, she steadily advanced to the role of Legal Specialist Sr., where she became a subject matter expert in foreign formalities and US formal documents, supporting attorneys, agents, and outside counsel in managing complex patent portfolios. In addition to her core responsibilities, Jacqueline played an integral role in reviewing processes and workflows, consistently identifying opportunities for enhancements and driving improvements across the team.
Jacqueline currently resides in the Coachella Valley with her husband and toddler. Outside of work, she enjoys attending concerts and traveling with her family.
