  • Review processes and filing new applications, including utility and provisional applications, PCTs, continuation-in-part
  • Instruct foreign associates to file foreign applications
  • Review and report all associated formalities that are received from the US and/or Foreign Patent Office after filing new applications
  • Assist attorneys with managing daily docket entries relating to the drafting and filing process

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a marketing role, with an emphasis on digital marketing and public relations

Duties will include assisting the Digital Marketing Manager with day-to-day marketing activities, including:

  • Creating content, videos, and graphics for daily social media posts across various channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
  • Creating and implementing successful sponsored social media campaigns for varying target audiences, including reporting on campaign analytics
  • Composing and distributing press releases within the legal, intellectual property, and relevant geographical networks
  • Researching and acting on relevant PR opportunities, including submitting all firm award nominations
  • Performing regular management of website content, design, and updates and assisting with SEO strategy
  • Preparing content and determining audiences for email marketing, including monthly newsletters, upcoming events, firm announcements, and new initiatives
  • Monitoring website traffic and audience behavior through Google Analytics
  • Preparing presentations for client meetings, client pitches, and other events
  • Scheduling and preparing necessary content for automation, analytics, diversity, recruiting, and best practices webinars
  • Supporting the client development and business development activities of the firm, including participation in firm committee meetings
  • Designing and updating firm logos, as needed
  • Any additional activities that promote the Harrity brand
