Experienced Semiconductor Patent Drafting Attorney/Agent 

REMOTE

Harrity & Harrity, LLP is seeking a superstar patent professional to draft patent applications for leading global technology companies, specifically in semiconductor technology areas. This position is 100% remote, flexible schedule, and full-time (1600+ hours).

Who you are:

  • You are currently doing semiconductor patent preparation/prosecution work
  • You have 5+ years of recent patent preparation experience specifically in semiconductor technologies
  • You have a technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or equivalent fields
  • You are USPTO registered
  • You can get going quickly with minimal training
  • You have excellent writing skills
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You are comfortable learning proprietary software tools
  • You have a great eye for detail
  • You love winning
  • You are a great teammate
  • You love making clients happy
  • You have a positive attitude
  • You love learning
  • Former Examiner experience is a plus
