Responsibilities include:

  • Support our partners and leadership team
  • Coordinate in-person and virtual events, including email communications, travel arrangements, reservations, etc.
  • File necessary documents
  • Track appropriate data in excel spreadsheets and workflow management tools
  • Assist with other tasks as needed

Who you are:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative/executive support role
  • You have excellent organizational skills
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You have excellent computer skills, including all Office 365 applications
  • You can get going quickly with minimal training
  • You have a great eye for detail
  • You are a great teammate
  • You love making clients happy
  • You have a positive attitude
