Bryce Persichetti is a patent attorney with experience drafting and prosecuting hundreds of patent applications for clients, both in the United States and in foreign jurisdictions. He also has experience in complex patent litigation and counseling, including arguing in court hearings, taking depositions, conducting discovery, conducting pre-suit investigations, and preparing opinions regarding patentability and freedom-to-operate. Bryce utilizes his background in litigation and counseling to inform his preparation of resilient patent applications ready for successful prosecution and post-issuance activity.
Bryce has represented clients in numerous technology areas, including wireless networking and communications, data management and security, computer memory devices and systems, machine learning and artificial intelligence software, e-commerce platforms, medical devices, industrial equipment, and welding devices and systems.
Bryce attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School where he graduated cum laude and served as an editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Bryce graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to law school, Bryce worked as an engineering intern at a defense contracting company in San Diego where he helped design and install maritime surveillance systems.
Prior to joining Harrity & Harrity, Bryce practiced as a patent attorney at Holland & Hart LLP and McAndrews, Held & Malloy, Ltd.
Bryce currently resides in Utah with his wife and kids. He enjoys skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and coaching his kids in soccer and baseball. Bryce enjoys volunteering with the National Ability Center in Utah.
