Fenya Pandya is a patent professional with a multidisciplinary technical background and experience supporting the preparation and prosecution of patent applications across a range of advanced technologies.
Prior to joining Harrity & Harrity, Feny worked at K&L Gates and Womble Bond Dickinson. Her work involved intellectual property matters spanning electromechanical systems, embedded devices, and hardware/software-enabled innovations, including medical devices, AI- and machine-learning–enabled sensors, and data-driven platforms. Her experience includes work on inventions such as sensor-driven diagnostic systems, signal-processing architectures, adaptive algorithms, and predictive analytics platforms.
Before entering the legal field, Feny worked in academic and industry research settings and contributed to peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations in biomedical engineering, clinical research, and applied data analysis.
In addition to her professional work, Feny has been actively involved in community service, education, and public engagement initiatives. She has served as a United Nations volunteer teaching English to underprivileged youth in Vietnam, tutored students from elementary school through university, and supported community outreach and humanitarian initiatives with Humanity First Canada. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she also supported public health clinics, participated in clinical research recruitment efforts, and organized fundraising initiatives to support critical equipment needs at healthcare institutions. She has held multiple leadership roles in organizations focused on mentorship, community building, and cultural engagement.
Feny currently resides in High Point, North Carolina. Outside of work, she is a professional vocalist with a formal diploma in dance and a professional certification in acting, and is an avid reader with a strong interest in film and television.
