Lucas Dibelius

Lucas Dibelius an accomplished Patent Agent with extensive experience in both domestic and foreign patent prosecution, application drafting, claim charting, and standards and implementation analysis. He has a proven track record of helping clients secure robust protection across a wide range of industries, including semiconductor and memory technology, wireless communications, manufacturing tooling and processes, aerospace systems, user interfacing, automotive applications, optical technology, and material science. Lucas’s deep technical expertise and understanding of patent law make him a trusted advisor to companies ranging from startups to established industry leaders.

Prior to joining Harrity & Harrity, Lucas practiced as a patent agent at Kubota & Basol LLP, where he helped establish and grow the wireless communications practice group. Additionally in this role, Lucas spearheaded building automation tools and streamlining administrative processes. Previously, Lucas worked as a patent agent for Holland & Hart LLP, where he maintained a high volume of cases while also serving in mentorship capacities.

Lucas earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the Honors College at the University of Idaho, majoring in Mechanical Engineering and Entrepreneurship. He has worked in the patent industry his entire professional career and has years of experience in patent law. Lucas grew up and currently resides in Idaho, though likes to spend his vacations on international backpacking trips. In his free time, Lucas enjoys camping, fly fishing, dirt biking, and skiing.
