Randy Montgomery

BIOGRAPHY

Randy Montgomery is an experienced patent attorney and former network engineer with over 20 years of combined legal and technical experience. He specializes in patent preparation and prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office for matter relating to in complex technologies, including 5G networks, telecommunications infrastructure, machine learning, semiconductors, and real-time data systems.

Prior to joining Harrity & Harrity, Randy served as an associate for an IP Specialty firm in Washington D.C and an Am Law 100 firm in Midtown Atlanta, both at which he primarily focused on electrical, electronic, mechanical, software, and telecommunications patent matters. He has also served as an intern working as an examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
