BIOGRAPHY

Tiffany Shelton is a Patent Prosecution Specialist at Harrity & Harrity, LLP. Prior to joining the firm, she began her experience in IP Law as a New Applications Specialist at Oblon, McClelland, Maier, & Neustadt, LLP, where she filed many new utility patent applications for a multitude of foreign and domestic clients. She acted as a Docketing Specialist at Birch, Stewart, Kolasch, & Birch, LLP, where she recorded a multitude of information and dates pulled from many patent documents including Notices of Allowance, Notices of Publication, IDS, Issue Fee documents, and Office Actions. She also worked as a CA Representative for Thomson File Histories (now known as Clarivate File Histories), where she provided many patent attorneys, corporations, and individual innovators with patent and trademark file histories.

In her free time, Tiffany enjoys dining out at new restaurants, attending concerts and festivals, visiting museums, and traveling to scenic sites and resorts around the country. She also enjoyed golfing and playing the Alto Saxophone in the past. These are two hobbies that she plans on returning to now that she has a better work/life balance, all thanks to Harrity.

Tiffany loves the opportunity that Harrity gives to work fully remote from anywhere in the country, which many firms who offer remote work only offer it within a particular metropolitan area. She also loves the charitable heart that the firm has for contributing to many much deserving organizations and causes.

“I’ve always had the desire to be a part of a firm who gives back to those in need. A firm with a big heart is the best firm to be a part of and that’s why I’m so honored to be a part of the team here at Harrity & Harrity.”
